The room was spacious and well-designed, but the
Bathroom cleanliness was lacking. While the location provided easy access to various restaurants, our experience was marred by the dust on surfaces and an unclean tub. It was a decent stay, but I expected better considering the price.

I love the decor and updated modern feel. The rooms are very relaxing and comfortable..and spacious...and large bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. I love the downstairs mini restaurant with Starbucks. The breakfast was good...and I like the "healthy" options. Although I visit a relative 20 + miles away....I prefer to stay at this hotel over nearby hotels.

I was with three other friends when we went to St Augustine. Our hotel was clean, the staff was accomodating and we enjoyed our stay. We were given the option of having the trolley pick us up at the hotel but we preferred to drive into the historic district and catch the trolley there. The rates were within our budget. Thank you.
Absolutely no complaints.

Unexpected challenges with a silver lining
Every morning, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff, who always made sure we felt at home. The room was spacious, significantly improving our comfort amid imperfections.
Unfortunately, the TV was outdated and barely worked, made relaxing after a long day quite frustrating, and we experienced inconsistent internet connectivity throughout our stay.

The hotel is of a nice contemporary design....love the modern decor. The rooms are spacious and make me feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and spacious.
Upon arrival there was a gentlemen in maintenance gear at the front desk...he mumbled to me and then got on his radio and called the attendent...when she arrived she was pleasant..but not warm and welcoming. The coffee in the room is not good..but the restaurant in the lobby is nice, comfortable and I love the Starbucks!!

The bed was so comfortable! We barely wanted to get up but always got a great night's sleep and the staff was nice.

Family friendly but pricey
The pool area was nice but needed some care, leaves everywhere you know? Also the staff was friendly, they even helped me with an issue I had with the WiFi, in bad condition but they tried to fix it, so that was something.
The stay wasn't cheap but it was acceptable under the circumstances.

We had a great time==attractive and comfortable room
You should advertise a bistro rather than a dining room but the food was great =just not a dining experience

Our stay was marred by a broken thermostat, resulting in uncomfortable nights. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff were genuinely caring.

They offer beautifully maintained, modern rooms with great lighting, comfortable beds and balcony. The location is incredibly comfortable, 1 mile from a unique aquarium.
Nothing, all was good.

The large Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable, with soft beds, made for a good night's sleep. The ice machine was conveniently located on the same floor, very helpful. While the hotel area had decent shops and restaurants nearby, the lack of quiet spots for relaxation was noticeable, and the room felt a bit outdated. The bistro offered great Neapolitan pizza, but it would benefit from a broader menu for more variety.

Close to interstate.for people traveling.
Suite was really small compared to other hotels that we stayed in on this trip. We will try somewhere else next time we come through. You should model your suites after Holiday Inn Express Kendall in Miami, Fl..
